With a focus on diversity and inclusivity across both Faculty and Students, this academy is leaning towards the future with a customer-focused service.

Imagine providing the platform across the Estate for some of the next Oscar winners to hone their talents.

This is a school that is looking to grow – working directly with the COO you will head up the Estates & Facilities function of the school, overseeing the buildings and theatres.

Obviously, compliance is a feature; you’re going to need an IOSH and experience working within a similar organisation.

There is room to grow within this organisation, and they’ve recently refurbished there main building, with scope for more work to be completed.

You’ll be leading a small team of Facilities Assistants and Front of House Staff, hence the focus on offering best practice and service to both students and faculty.

This academy is moving forward and progressing, both culturally and as a business and wants somebody with the same career aspirations to lead the estate forward.

Availability is key here as the post requires a handover period.
