Customer Service Officer

A small Housing organisation in North West London is seeking an experienced call handler to join their team, immediately.
The role itself:
- Provide excellent customer service within all channels
- Manage all customer contact in an effective manner
- Respond to all housing management enquiries, including Rent and ASB queries
- Provide training and support to junior members
- Maintain the mailbox in an organised and timely manner
- Other administrative duties may be required
The ideal candidate:
- Must have ideally worked within Housing before
- Experience working in a busy call centre
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good IT skills including Excel
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
