A small Housing organisation in North West London is seeking an experienced call handler to join their team, immediately. 

The role itself:

  • Provide excellent customer service within all channels
  • Manage all customer contact in an effective manner
  • Respond to all housing management enquiries, including Rent and ASB queries
  • Provide training and support to junior members
  • Maintain the mailbox in an organised and timely manner
  • Other administrative duties may be required

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have ideally worked within Housing before
  • Experience working in a busy call centre
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team
