A Housing Association based in SE London is seeking a passionate Customer Service Officer to join their busy contact centre. 

The role itself:

  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls
  • Delivery exceptional customer service at all times
  • Provide knowledge of all housing enquiries
  • Answer quiries regarding all repairs, maintenance, tenancy and benefit related
  • Report all calls in a detailed and professional way
  • Provide support to surrounding internal teams
  • Other adhoc duties

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have previous experience within Housing
  • An exceptional knowledge of all aspects of housing
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A passion for customer service
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous experience using Northgate would be beneficial
