Customer Service Officer – Housing – West London – Temp 3 months

A housing association in West London is seeking an experienced Housing Customer Service Officer to join them for an initial period of 3 months.

This role sits in their call centre and will involve:

  • Dealing with Housing inquiries ranging from ASB to tenancy to rent payments and some repairs etc
  • Hitting KPIs
  • Being the initial point of contact for the organisation
  • Typing up call notes quickly
  • Being able find a resolution to the customer queries in the first call
  • Working on their CRM system – Orchard experience is preferable
  • Any other tasks as needed

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

  • Housing call centre experience
  • Knowledge of housing processes
  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Able to deal with a high-volume of calls
  • Resilience towards customers
  • Good typing skills
  • Good MS Office and CRM experience
  • Able to start ASAP
