A Housing Association in North West London is looking for a Customer Service Officer to come in and assist in their Housing Needs Call Centre.
This role is full time and likely to be for 3 months+, tasks will involve:
- Taking a high-volume of calls
- Working to KPIs
- Face to face Customer Service where applicable
- Being trained to do Housing Needs Assessments with customers
- Responding to inquiries via e-mail, face to face and of course over the phone
- Being able to work in an incredibly busy Call Centre environment
