Customer Service Advisor Role

My client is looking for a Customer Service Officer with experience in Local Authority or Housing for a role based in Essex.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact to customers providing excellent customer service
  • Monitor and respond your emails and phone calls with ideally 100% response rate
  • Deal with all levels of calls from ASB, Tenancy to Repairs etc.
  • Inputting details into an in-house system
  • Escalate any complaints as required and support continuous improvement for homeowners
  • Ad hoc administration duties

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience of working within a Housing Contact Centre
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Confident in using various Housing systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Remain calm and polite under extreme pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
