Customer Service Advisor Role
My client is looking for a Customer Service Officer with experience in Local Authority or Housing for a role based in Essex.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be the first point of contact to customers providing excellent customer service
- Monitor and respond your emails and phone calls with ideally 100% response rate
- Deal with all levels of calls from ASB, Tenancy to Repairs etc.
- Inputting details into an in-house system
- Escalate any complaints as required and support continuous improvement for homeowners
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Previous experience of working within a Housing Contact Centre
- Proficient in MS Office
- Confident in using various Housing systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Remain calm and polite under extreme pressure
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook
- Fast and accurate typing skills
