A Local Authority based in SE London is seeking a passionate Customer Service Advisor to join their front line service.
The role itself:
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls
- Delivery exceptional customer service at all times
- Provide knowledge of all general enquiries
- Answer queries regarding all repairs, maintenance, tenancy and benefit related
- Report all calls in a detailed and professional way
- Provide support to surrounding internal teams
- Other adhoc duties
The ideal candidate:
- Must have worked within a Local Authority previously
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willing to travel into the office
