Complaints Advisor needed for a Housing Association in Newcastle..
This is initially a 6 month contract working from home, however you must be able and willing to commute into the office if necessary.
The role itself:
- Manage incoming complaints
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure complaints are resolved asap
- Ensure all policies are followed and kept to
- Respond to written complaints
- Manage the complaints mailbox
- Provide advice to colleagues regarding the processes
The ideal candidate:
- Must have Housing experience
- At least 2 years experience managing complaints
- A good understanding of the Housing Ombudsman
- The ability to work well as a team
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills
