Complaints Advisor needed for a Housing Association in Newcastle..

This is initially a 6 month contract working from home, however you must be able and willing to commute into the office if necessary.

The role itself:

  • Manage incoming complaints
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure complaints are resolved asap
  • Ensure all policies are followed and kept to
  • Respond to written complaints
  • Manage the complaints mailbox
  • Provide advice to colleagues regarding the processes

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have Housing experience
  • At least 2 years experience managing complaints
  • A good understanding of the Housing Ombudsman
  • The ability to work well as a team
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good IT skills
