Complaints Administrator
A Housing Association based in Kent is seeking a Complaints Administrator to support the Quality and Performance Coordinator with all incoming complaints up to the next 3 months.
The role itself:
- Provide consistent support to the Quality and Performance Coordinator
- Logging all complaints on the system efficiently
- Closing down complaints once they have been managed and dealt with
- Manage incoming calls from customers
- Progress resolutions with customers and team members
- Letter writing and email responses to customers
The ideal candidate:
- Must have worked within Housing before
- Experience using Orchard would be beneficial
- Strong administration experience and an eye for detail
- Previous letter writing
- Excellent customer service
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written language skills
