A Housing Association based in Kent is seeking a Complaints Administrator to support the Quality and Performance Coordinator with all incoming complaints up to the next 3 months. 

The role itself:

  • Provide consistent support to the Quality and Performance Coordinator
  • Logging all complaints on the system efficiently
  • Closing down complaints once they have been managed and dealt with
  • Manage incoming calls from customers
  • Progress resolutions with customers and team members
  • Letter writing and email responses to customers

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have worked within Housing before
  • Experience using Orchard would be beneficial
  • Strong administration experience and an eye for detail
  • Previous letter writing
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written language skills
