A West London based client near Notting Hill is seeking a graduate to join their team to assist with admin duties within the Asset Management division.
The role will be temporary for up to 6 months and will involve:
-Booking in repairs and following up
-General Office Admin
-Assisting with Compliance Administration
-Assisting on adhoc projects
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
-Switched on, ideally a grad
– Some sort of Property qualification i.e RICs
-Interest in Asset Management and/or Property compliance
-The ability to work at a fast-pace and pick up tasks with ease
-Happy to do an admin heavy role
