Call Handler x2 – NHS – Middlesex/Greater London – April start

A Contractor working within an NHS Hospital is seeking 2x Call Handlers to help cover their busy phone lines. This is an ongoing temporary assignment that will be looking to start around mid-April if not before.

The main duties will be:

  • Front line customer service
  • Answering and re-directing calls
  • Dealing with emergency calls
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Operating their telephone system/switchboard
  • Achieving KPIs
  • Any other duties as needed

The right individual(s) for the job should have the following skills and experience:

  • Call centre customer service experience
  • The ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Naturally customer-focused
  • Previous NHS or healthcare experience would be desirable
  • Able to come in and work efficiently yet calmly
  • Good typing skills
  • Good written communication and clear verbal communication
