About the role
Your role will involve providing technical support to the Asset Manager, leading a maintenance service to a provision of homes. You will be involved in Responsive Repairs, Major Works, Compliance and Cyclical Maintenance. You will be working as part of a property team providing technical advice.
You will be able to provide evidence of having worked within social housing and having provided technical assistance to a Property Team. You will be able to demonstrate key relationships with tenants, leaseholders, contractors & other members of staff. You will need to show a general awareness of customer expectations in the social housing sector.
A formal construction qualification would be an ideal attribute to bring to the role, however all applicants will be considered. Apply
