Oyster have operated a Building Control desk for over 10 years. Throughout this time, we have become market leaders in the national recruitment of such professionals. With a client base across Local Authorities and Approved Inspectors, we are always looking to speak with any Building Control Surveyor who is looking for their next job.
You will likely be professionally accredited to RICS, CABE, MBEng or CIOB standard. On the other hand, you may hold a wealth of experience without a chartered membership, or you may be working towards your accreditations.
For contract or permanent positions, your working history is of great importance. You should have recent and relevant experience within Building Control; this can be either in the shape of working with Local Authorities or Approved Inspectors.
