The company is Savills – a company worth shouting about. They are by far one of the most exciting and ambitious firms in the industry, there will never be a dull moment for sure!

You’ll be working from the buzzy Finsbury Circus office, which is just as impressive as the portfolio under your remit.

As new developments rise in Central London, the role of a Property Manager is ever evolving. Savills are a company at the forefront of this: hot topics such as ESG, Proptech, Placemaking, Occupier Engagement and Technology Driven Solutions are all going to be a key focal point of the role.

All the while, you’ll be working in tandem with the Asset Manager to focus on driving the already impressive assets forward.

You’ll have the opportunity to manage the best London has to offer. The portfolio consists of prime Central London office space. This includes a 500,000 sq. ft office building in Canary Wharf and an equally impressive 300,000 sq. ft office building in The City, occupied by some of the most prestigious tenants in the UK. If office space isn’t your thing. They have an unrivalled level of industrial and retail space.

If you’re looking for exposure outside of the Property Management norm then this role is definitely for you – with access to so many in-house teams, you can broaden your experience and turn your hand to a variety of work.

It’s an exciting role in a dynamic environment at the leading edge of the industry, offering huge career development, opportunities, and a flexible working environment.
