A Housing Association based in Colchester, Essex is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team.
The role itself:
- Support the finance team in provide accurate financial information
- Record rent reviews into the housing software
- Update tenant details with rent charges
- Assist with direct debit amendments
- Process rent and service charge receipts
- Ensure rent payment cards are issues to all new tenants
- General office duties including scanning and filling
The ideal candidate must have:
- Ideally worked within housing before
- Have an understanding rents and service charges
- Excellent numerical skills
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
