The Housing Services team at the Oyster Partnership has quickly become a trusted name within the public sector.

Through our specialist team of six Consultants we recruit nationally for interim, fixed-term and permanent placements from Assistant through to Director level.

Maintaining an invaluable network of over 100,000 carefully constructed professionals, our Consultants proactively work to engage fresh talent.

Our teams are trained in-house by Senior Management, Legal teams and Learning and Development Consultants, ensuring we’re able to adequately and informatively advise on industry movements and structures.

It’s also imperative we’re capable of assessing and processing ‘right to work’ and security documents, as well as making sure we keep up to date with relevant legislation such as the recent IR35 and AWR.
