Working as a Employee Relation Specialist
Employee Relation Specialists will focus on resolving issues between managers and their team to ensure fairness on both sides. Cases that become more complex can result in tribunals and dismissals which would be managed by the Employee Relation Specialist. ER specialists play a huge part in ensuring everyone in the workplace has a voice, and that issues are looked at, investigated and rectified.
The role of an Employee Relation Specialist includes:
- Managing employee grievances
- Addressing staff conduct
- Overseeing holiday and absences
- Supporting employee mental and physical health concerns
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in HR is a must with the addition of mediation and conflict resolution skills being advantageous.
Contractors: £250 – £350 per day
