Administration

Working in Administration
Regardless of sector, Administration is an umbrella term that can cover many bases. Within Housing you could be looking at a Tenant Support Administrator or a Housing Administrator or within Property maybe a Compliance Administrator or Repairs Administrator.
Ultimately, Admin roles are a little more technical, computer focused and data orientated, therefore they need someone with acute computer skills and attention to detail.
The role of an Administrator includes:
- Data entry
- Taking and redirecting calls
- General office management
- Working with a range of platforms and software
- Providing admin support to various departments
- Compliance
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Arranging repairs and maintenance appointments
Qualifications & Experience
A college-level education with a leaning towards English, Maths or IT-based skills, experience in administration or customer service, or a role with an element of organisation or paper work would be advantageous, but not necessary.

Permanent contract: £18,000 – £34,000
