I lead the board, providing oversight and strategic guidance ensuring the highest achievable effectiveness in areas of strategy, growth, governance and both stakeholder & external business relationships. From founding Oyster partnership in 2004, I grew the business entirely organically, from a total start-up, to one of the leading, privately-owned recruitment companies in the UK. No external investment. This was achieved though the key philosophy of building the organisation strategically around the people who work within it. All of our incredible management team, including our CEO, Sasza Bandiera, who now leads the business (also now a partner and shareholder, as are many of our senior people) have risen up through this methodology.
